Refund Policy

At Spinverse, all payments are final. We don’t offer refunds for memberships, class packs, single sessions, workshops, events, merchandise, or gift cards.
Why this policy?  
Our classes are reserved for you using limited studio capacity. Once booked, that space is held for you and cannot be sold to others.
•    No refund for missed classes, schedule changes, relocation, non‑usage, illness, or change of mind.
•    Cancel future renewals before the next billing date to avoid further charges. Amounts already paid are not refundable.
•    If we cancel a class or cannot deliver the service, we may offer a reschedule, studio credit, or transfer at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
